In 1983, I purchased my first personal computer, a (TI-99 4/A) with the money I earned from a paper route. I used that computer to play video games, write stories and to follow TI-BASIC programming tutorials. Since then I have continued to gain extensive experience in an array of projects and assignments. In 1997, I began digitizing handwritten work logs into a spreadsheet and developed an electronic reporting system. Later I created the first employee intranet portal for a local court. In 2003, I started providing full-time technical support over the phone and in person. I taught a variety of classes for Office programs, Acrobat Professional, Photoshop and more. I was eventually assigned to revamp and manage a multi-million dollar cycle replacement program. In the last few years of my career, I have been providing support by building, configuring and deploying software to over 4000 computers. I have upgraded and repaired thousands of computers throughout my career. I have always provided unique and reliable solutions for the customers I have served.
